Here's how to prepare gnocchi from sprouted wheat flour.


  • squash or potatoes (200-400 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small cup of Granum flour (coffee mug)
  • 1 small cup of buckwheat flour
  • 1 small cup of white flour
  • a pinch of salt


Boil squash or potatoes and mash them into a puree. Add egg, salt, Granum flour, buckwheat and white flour so that the mixture becomes compact. Take the mixture and form gnocchi, then place them in boiling water. As soon as gnocchi start to float, remove and rinse with cold water. They are used as other pasta.
