Very tasty and healthy bread quick to prepare. It takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare the mixture, however baking takes longer.


  • 3 cups (2 dl each) Granum flour
  • one flat teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • one teaspoon baking soda
  • pumpkin seeds, sunflower, flax, sesame seeds, raisins to taste
  • a cup of hot water


In larger container pour three cups of Granum flour, salt, baking soda and other ingredients (seeds). Mix all dry ingredients, then add a cup of hot water, and knead unti lthe mass is equally moist all over. Then place dough in the baking pan, cover with tinfoil and place in preheated oven at 140 to 150 degrees C. If the bread is made on the baking tray, then line baking pan with baking paper, form a loaf by hand and cover it with tinfoil. Bake for 60 minutes, then remove the bread from the tray and leave to cool. Enjoy!
