Integral bread sticks

Delicious and very good whole grain sticks that can be prepared quickly and easily with little effort and a lot of good and healthy flax, sunflower, sesame, poppy seeds ... or whatever you have in the house.


  • 500 g Granum sprouted wheat flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 0.5 dl olive oil
  • 0.5 dl sunflower oil
  • 3 dl white wine
  • 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
  • 5 teaspoons of flax seed
  • 3-4 teaspoons peeled sunflower seeds
  • 3 teaspoons of unground poppy seeds


Pour Granum flour in a bowl, add baking powder, salt, two types of oil, white wine and seeds. Knead the dough leaving it to rest. Then roll out the dough on the counter and cut it as desired. Place the balls on a slightly greased baking pan. Preheat oven, coat the sticks with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
