Apple pie

Apple pie with sprouted flour.

  • 6-8 apples (or 1 kg cleaned cherries or cherry)
  • lemon peel
  • 350-400 g of flour from germinated wheat
  • 8 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g butter (margarine)
  • a little of Plazma finely ground cookie
  • cinnamon
  • raisins can be added to taste

Whisk butter (or margarine) and sugar until creamy and fluffy, add the egg yolks one by one, add grated lemon zest, Granum flour from germinated wheat and beaten whites. Mix gently, and divide the mass into two parts. Then pour one part of the mixture in greased baking pan, evenly, then pop it into the preheated oven and bake. When the cake is half baked, remove it from the oven, sprinkle it with a bit of Plazma cookie and grated apple mixed with raisins and cinnamon (you can put stoned cherries sprinkled with a little sugar). Then pour the other half of the mass on top of the fruit and return in the oven to bake. When cooled, cut the pie and sprinkle with icing sugar, or vanilla flavoured sugar.
